From One Neighbor to a Georgetown Family

It Started With a Locked-Out Neighbor

Ten years ago, our founder was just another Georgetown resident with a knack for problem-solving and a toolbox in his truck. When his elderly neighbor Mrs. Patterson called in a panic at 11 pm, locked out with her medication inside, he didn’t hesitate. He grabbed his tools and had her door open in fifteen minutes.

Word travels fast in Georgetown. Within weeks, friends were calling. Then friends of friends. Weekend projects turned into evening emergencies. What started as helping neighbors became something bigger. It was a calling to serve this community we love.

Growing Together

It wasn’t long before his best friend noticed the constant phone calls during their weekend barbecues. “You need help,” he said, half-joking. By the next month, he wasn’t joking anymore. Instead, he was riding shotgun and then quickly got his own truck which now made two.

The real turning point came when a couple of local students approached us, curious about the trade. They wanted to learn something real, something that helped people. We saw ourselves in their eagerness and took them under our wing. Today, some of those students are our most trusted technicians, and they’re training the next generation.

Six Trucks, One Mission

A decade later, we’ve grown from one truck and a toolbox to six vehicles serving all of Georgetown and surrounding areas. But we’ve never forgotten what this business is really about: being there when our neighbors need us most.

We’re the team that arrives at 2 AM when you’re locked out in your driveway. We’re the ones who don’t judge when you lock your keys in your running car (we’ve all been there). We’re the friendly faces who show up during the most stressful moments and leave you with peace of mind and maybe even a smile.
